O/C suspect must consult O/C inves regarding arrest strategy
investigator responsible for each suspect
decision to prosecute in accordance with SG guidelines

prompt preparation of pros file
Prior to interviewing O/C suspect must ensure;
monitored by a supervisor or experienced Det
explanation sought from the suspect seeking explanation to any exhibits found
After an arrest is made O/C suspect should:
Ensure suspects are isolated
BOR given
Consider search of work, vehicle etc S & S 2012
