Result: yellow – brown to blue – black

Method: add Benedict solution and heat in water bath.
Result: blue to, brick red precipitate.

Method: add biuret, solution and shake
Result: blue to purple – lilac

Method: shake with ethanol and add equal amount water.
Result: turns in the cloudy white emulsion
