important for production, maintenance and repair of body tissue
What are Fats?
Helps protect organs, keeps you warm and helps absorb nutrients
What is Calcium?
Vital for healthy teeth and bones. Important for health and function of nerves + muscle tissue.
What is water?
Used by body in all cells + organ + tissue to help regulate temp. and maintain other bodily functions.
