- Vegetarian= those who don’t eat animal flesh and animal by-products
- Pescatarians= people who avoid all animal flesh and animal derived products, but will consume fish
- Lacto-ovo vegetarians= those who don’t eat animal flesh, but will consume eggs, fish, and dairy
- Lacto vegetarians= those who don’t eat animal flesh, but consume dairy (no eggs/fish)
- Vegans= do not consume ANY animal products or animal-derived products
