PE: work environment
Soci: socioeconomic status, access to health care, food security.
NUTRIENTS associated with OSTEOPOROSIS!!
CALCIUM
PHOSPHORISIS
VITIMAN D
calcium and phosphorus ossification (hardening of bones) and vit d ading with the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the gut into the blood stream
DIRECT COST!!
Cost associated with providing health severes like diagnosis and treatment to people as a result of a particular condition
IND: ambulance transport
COM: specialist fees
INDIRECT COST!!
Cost not directly related to a diagnosis and treatment, but occurs as a result of the person having the disease
IND: loss of income if can’t work
COM: loss of productivity
