- Eclampsia
- Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES)
- Stroke or TIA
- GCS <13

What is eclampsia?
A
It is seizures in a woman diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, with no other hx that would explain seizures

Headache, severe epigastric pain, hyperreflexia

During pre-eclampsia, monitor ot delivery?
Chest pain/dyspnea
Oxygen sat of less than 97

Cardioresp of pre-eclampsia that will require delivery
A
- Uncontolled severe HTN > 12 hours, despire use of three antihy-ertensive agents
Oxygen sat < 90 %, need for 50% oxygen for> 1 hr, intubation (other than cesarean section),pulm edema - Positive inotrooic support
MI or infarc

What do we do when pre-ecmaptic pt has plt count < 50 and/or need blood transfusion
A
