- OGTT 50gm
- Repeat CBC
- Repeat HIC & syphilis screening (consider need for full repeat on STI panel)
- Repeat Rh & antibody screen (if Rh WEG)

How can we preevent fetal hemolytic anemia
If a pregnant person is is Rh HEG carrying a fetis that is Rh POS,
We prevent this by giving the pregnant person Rh IgG 300mcg (if antibody screen is NEG) routinely at 28 wk & within 72 hours of the birth of Rh POS infant
It is used to diagnose genetic disorders or chromosomal abnormalities in the 1st trimester.
It is done at 10-13 weeks, U/S guided biopsy of chorion (transbdominal or transcervical)
CHORIONIC VILLUS SAMPLING
It is done to diagnose genetic disorders or chromosomal abnormalities.
It determine fetal lung maturity.
Used to diagnose fetal hemolytic anemia.
Done 15 weeks on, U/S guided transabdominal extraction of amniotic fluid.
