What is consultations-based?
Answer questionnaire designed by non-community members
What is incentive based?
People work for cash, food, etc.
What is functional particiaption?
Decisions by outsiders and interest groups to meet objectives
What is interactive?
joint analyses, decisions, and action plans are made, implemented, and monitored by interest groups
What is self-mobilzation?
initiatives are taken independently from official institutions
What is a project?
