PGE2–> Enhances permeability

CNS- Fever
PNS- Pain sensitization

What is the difference in expression between COX1 and COX2?
A
COX1 is expressed constitutively
COX2 is induced- prominent response to pathological stimuli
Both are expressed in afferent arteriole of kidney
