1) when is the channel created ?
1-2 years is what you aim for

2) how many uploads does this channel have ?
The fewer uploads the better
Ex 15 uploads and has 10k subs is great
And see what type of content they are posting

3) how many views is the channel getting per month /has in total ?

Check the amount of views the channel has since it was created , how are the recent videos doing and how many views the channel is bringing in general
If the channel has 5mill views and was started 2 months ago that’s great indicator to look deeper into it.
