A

Use topical anaesthesia and try to visualise littles area of kellelbacks plexus = nasal cautery

If no visible bleed needs nasal packing

Look up the nose for a septal haematoma

Admit for urgent ENT assessment for surgical drainage and Iv antibiotics

Risk of septal necrosis and saddle nose deformity
