Late: redo the schedule, determine impact and prioirties, communite the impact, troubleshoot issues, work around the clock and work on the items unilt it was done.

Want to understand what exactly the scope of the problem and why they need it, is by asking - What is biggest challenges, critical success factors, how will you measure outcomes, who are the key players/stakeholders/what is the timeline..
