  • 123 - 1 hr prior to and after ETA, less than 2,000 and 3 SM - 123++1500/2 - 123 rule and the greater of 2,000’ or 1,500’ above the IAP to be used and vis 3 SM or 2 SM above lowest applicable vis requirements - Marginal WX - if ceiling is within 1,000’ and vis within 1/2 SM of mins for that airport, and within those limits for the DDA of the first alternate - Method 2 - Off-line charter - International Flights - Severe Icing +/- 1 hr ETA - Thunderstorms +/- 1 hr ETA - Takeoff ALT - if wx at departure is below CAT 1 mins (1 hr normal cruise speed, single engine, still air, within 330 NM of departure) - RNAV only approach - Supplemental Ops
