What are the 11 steps in the Non Specific Elbow Pain protocol?

A

1) Roll the forearm while moving & Rotating at the wrist with the other hand
2) Dig the SJ 10 area as you Rotate the arm
3) Press around the epicondyle (lateral or medial)
4) Rotate the arm and gently Dig in the spaces between the olecranon, the humerus, and the epicondyle (lateral or medial)
5) Dig & Sinew Divide the interosseous membrane
6) Hold the elbow & Rotate the wrist
7) Hold the wrist & Rotate the elbow
8) Bend & Extend the arm at the elbow
9) Rotate the elbow
10) Course the qi (by pressing 2 relevant points on a particular channel while rotating the arm gently – e.g. PC 6 & PC 3, LI 4 & LI 11, or SJ 5 & SJ 10)
11) Brush down the arm from elbow to wrist
