What steps 1-7 in the Neck, Shoulder & Arm Protocol? (This is the “Neck” part of the protocol)
1) Grasp & Knead below the occiput
2) Grasp the posterior neck, one side at a time
3) Grasp the trapezius muscle from the base of the neck to the shoulder
4) Forearm push the trapezius from the base of the neck to the shoulder
5) Round Rub along the trapezius from the occiput, through GB 21, down to LI 16
6) Gentle Plucking of the trapezius
7) Palm edge Hammering on the trapezius
What are steps 8-12 in the Neck, Shoulder & Arm Protocol? (This is the “Shoulder” part of the protocol)
8) Round Rub along the medial border of the scapula from the superior anger to the inferior angle, and back to the superior angle
9) Round Rub from the superior angle of the scapula up to the base of the occiput
10) Press & Round Rub SI 11
11) Lightly Pluck the anterior & posterior armpit
12) Grasp the deltoid (grasp the posterior deltoid, and then the anterior deltoid)
What are steps 13-21 in the Neck, Shoulder & Arm Protocol? (This is the “Arm” part of the protocol)
13) Grasp the biceps & triceps
14) Dig & Round Rub the brachialis
15) Knead & Grasp the forearm
16) Sinew Divide the interosseus membrane between the radius & the ulna
17) Wipe the yin & yang sides of the forearm
18) Wipe the wrist crease and palm of the hand
19) Round Rub the thenar & hypothenar emineneces
20) Dig LI 4
21) Knead & Foulage the fingers
