What is the mechanism of action of antimuscarinics?
A
These medications block muscarinic acetylcholine receptors
→ This prevents the binding of acetylcholine
→ Reduce cholinergic activity in the CNS and periphery

- Dry mouth
- Blurred vision
- Constipation
