Linzi wanted us to get more involved with young people. I reached out to our partners at Santander to set up and lead a pilot internship scheme with their university partners, then I wrote out a business plan and presented it to our founder and CEO as a new service offering. I was able to connect uni students with CEOs. Piloted a successful mentorship scheme
