Daytime drowsiness, headache, anxiety, dizziness, diplopia
Amnesia: ambulating, eating, driving

Administration
A
oral for immediate or extended
Oral spray allows direct absorption through nasal mucosa
empty stomach
take right before bed for 8 hr of sleep

Patient Instructions
A
take just before bed and have 8 hrs to sleep
Report any dizziness or vision
NO alcohol or other depressants
May need less dose if memory impairment

Contraindications/precautions
A
C: children younger than 18 labor or delivery suicidal ideation P: older adults prone to substance abuse
