Nominative
A
Subject of the sentence, anything referring to the subject.

A
A declaration. ‘O!, Old man!’

A
The direct OBJECT of the sentence; the goal of motion

A
Instrument with which something is done; person by whom it is done, together with whom.

Dative
A
Often the dative of purpose. ‘For, to’. ‘Striving for peace’.

A
Source of the action of the verb. Can refer to a place, time, person etc … ‘Out from, out of’

A
Often a possessive case. (E.g. John’s car… the car OF John)
Gives more information about a noun in the sentence.
