Pupil dilation, allows for eyeball to focus on object, inferior, superior, and medial eye movements (3)
Trochlear Nerve Function
Downward and outward movement of the eye. Also internally rotates eye (4)
Trigeminal Nerve
Touch and pain facial sensations and controls muscles used in chewing (5)
Abducens Nerve Function
Primarily responsible for lateral eye movement (6)

Facial movements, taste from front two thirds of tongue, and control of tear and salivary glands (7)

Responsible for hearing and balance (8)

Swallowing, taste sensation from back of tongue, monitors blood pressure and blood gas levels (9)
Vagus Nerve Function
Regulates heart rate, autonomic functions of the gut, sensation from larynx and pharynx
