In empty glass, add and muddle the following: 3 large basil leaves, 2 slices cucumber, 1/2 oz agave Add ice, then 1.5 Hendricks gin 1/2 oz canton ginger Shake vigorously Strain into fresh ice filled rocks glass Top with lemonade Garnish: cucumber and basil leaf Glass:rocks

In empty pint glass, add and muddle the following: -4 large mint leaves, 1 lime wedge, 1/2 oz agave,double dash bitters Add ice, then... 1.5 oz goslings Bermuda rum .25 oz layers dark rum Shake vigorously and pour into rocks glass Top with ginger beer Garnish: lime wedge Glass: rocks
