Ingredients: 2 Bombay Sapphire, 4 Light tonic

Method: 1- Add some gin and tonic to goblet (half filled with cubed ice

Ingredients: 1.5 Sailor jerry, 0.5 Cherry syrup, 2 Lime wedges & Coke zero
Garnish: 1 Cherry syrup, 1 Lemon puree, 1 Amaretto, 1 Cherry, 1 Skewer, Wooden spoon & Red & white straw
Method: 1- Add Sailor jerry, 0.5 Cherry syrup and squeeze of lime into glass
2- Fill 2/3 with Ice
3- Blend 1 Cherry syrup, 1 Lemon puree & Amaretto with crushed Ice, add then garnish with Cherry on skewer, Straw and Wooden spoon
