45ml Henesset VS - House Cognoc
30ml lemon juice
20ml Oregeat - sweet almond syrup
20ml passionfruit pulp
10ml sugar syrup
2 dashes bitters
Method: 
Add all ingredients to boston
Shake over cubed ice
Strain into glass over cubed ice
Cap with crushed ice

Glass:
Tall cocktail

Garnish:
Lemon twist
Cherry

Chartreuse Smash

A
30ml Tanqueray 10 - Gin
10ml Chartreuse 
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
8 mint leaves - clap
3 dashes Bitters

Method: Add all ingredients to glass minus Bitters
Fill glass with crushed ice
Pick and pull ingredients through drink
Cap with crushed ice and dash bitters over top

Glass: Tall cocktail glass

Garnish: mint sprig and dried lemon wheel

A

45ml Kraken - spiced rum
15ml Kahlua
30ml Esspresso
10ml Cinnamon Sugar Syrup

Method:
Add all ingredients to Boston
Shake over cubed ice
Strain into glass

Glass:
Martini

Garnish:
Cinnamon sugar rim
3 coffee beans

Take it Sloe

A
30ml Sloe Gin
15ml Cointreau
5ml Dom Benedictine - Herbal Liqueur
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Egg white
2 drops Orange Blossom Water 
Method:
Add all ingredients to boston (being VERY careful if OBW) 
Dry shake for a few seconds 
Shake hard over ice 
Pour over ice

Bitters

30ml Herradura Plata - silver
20ml Licor 43 - vanilla spice liqueur
20ml Lemon juice
2 heaped barspoons guava puree
10ml Cinnamon sugar syrup
Method:
Combine all ingredients to boston
Shake over cubed ice
Strain over cubed ice
Cap with crushed ice

Short

Garnish:
Dried lemon wheel

20ml cloudy Apple juice
10ml lemon juice
Top with chandon rose 
Chambord Foam
Method:
Combine all ingredients into boston minus chandon/chambord foam
Shake over cubed ice
Fine strain into glass
Top with chandon (leave room for foam) 
Top with foam

Glass:
Champagne saucer

Garnish:
Foam

60ml wolf Blass Shiraz
15ml contreau
5ml Dom benadinctine 
30ml pineapple juice
10ml Cinnamon Sugar
Pineapple chunks muddled
2 orange slices muddled
1 star anise muddled
Method:
Add fruits/spice to boston and muddle
Add all other ingredients to boston
Roll over cubed ice
Strain over cubed ice

Glass:
Wine glass

Various fruits

30ml Creme de Peche
10ml cinnamon sugar syrup
10ml lemon juice
5 black grape muddled
2 lychees muddled
Method:
Muddle fruits in boston
Add all ingredients minus wine
Shake over cubed ice
Dump into glass
Top with wine

Rocks

Strain over cubed ice
