Describe the Vongo? How is it different to the 860?

A
  • Support shoe but a bit less than 860 so only for mild overpronation
  • Light and quick, has fresh foam midsole (not fresh foam X like 860), medial post to reduce rolling in and a hypoknit upper (not engineered mesh)
  • Has flexibility in the outsole due to forefoot flex grooves
  • Not ultra heel
