Describe the Clifton?

A
  • Only for running can’t go side to side and not under guarantee if using for other activities
  • has a metarocker which rolls you forward to take pressure off joints
  • Straight last for full ground contact
  • Is a neutral shoe similar to ride but has lots of stability as like being locked in a brick

Describe the Bondi?

A
  • Very stable shoe as you sit inside a cradle
  • metarocker rocks you forward taking pressure off the joints (good for older people)
  • has more padding as opposed to Clifton so good for people with a lot of weight
  • not a supinator as will squash outside

Describe the Erahe?

A
  • like the Clifton but increased support
  • metarocker
  • stable back to lock ankle in (Often recommended by podiatrists)
  • J bar in the foam medial and then wraps around
  • how much push= how much activation
