– Usually presents in young adults aged 20-40 years
– Can involve any neurological function – most commonly sensory, motor
and visual symptoms

Describe the clinical course of secondary progressive MS

A

MS typically begins as relapsing-remitting disorder, evolves into
progressive course

A

– Primarily based on clinical history
– Supported by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and cerebrospinal
fluid (CSF) analysis showing inflammatory abnormalities
