- Progressive weakness in both arms and legs
- Areflexia
- Others: symmetrical, > 4weeks, cranial nerve involvement, autonomic dysfunction, high protein in CSF
Autonomic dys: Tachy, sweating, BP chg

A
General
- Secure ABC
- Keep NBM: NG tube
- Vital signs
- Ventilation
- DVT prophylaxis
- Chest physiotherapy
- Urinary catherizaiton
- Analgesic
Specific
- IV immuglobulin within 14 days

- Worsening weakness
- Bulbar weakness
- Weak cough
- Poor clearing throat
- DIfficulty in breathing- paradoxical
Precipitating: infection, stress, drug (B-blockers, Abx)

- Bradykinesia (slow movement)
