What is SUNCT syndrome?
A
Short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache with conjunctival injection and tearing. Also have ptosis, lacrimation. May be secondary to CPA AVM.

How do you treat an atonic bladder?
A
LMN lesion: Rx with bethanechol (cholinergic agonist)

How do you treat a spastic bladder?
A
UMN lesion: Rx with propantheline (muscarinic blocker) or oxybutynin (Ditropan)
