A

Supplies blood to parts of frontal, temporal, parietal lobes, and basal ganglia

Contralateral hemiplegia and hemiparesis (face, arm)

Contralateral visual field loss in both eyes

If dominant hemisphere = aphasia

If nondominant hemisphere = contralateral neglect, anosagnosia/denial of deficit

Supplies areas of frontal and parietal lobes, corpus callosum, caudate nucleus

Contralateral hemiplegia (leg)

Impaired judgment/insight (anosagnosia)
