Count down backwards from 20 to 1 Can you remember the address i gave you?

Visual acuity - 20/20 vision Visual fields Extra ocular movements Pupils - round, reactive, reflex and consensual Accommodation
Cranial Nerves: Nose and Ears, Mouth, Neck and shoulder

Hearing Smell/taste Open mouth, say "ah" tongue out Shrug Head turn to resistance
Power And Tone
NEUROLOGICAL
Squeeze fingers, pull towards using biceps (C6)
Spread fingers (T2)
Plantar flexion of feet. Feet downwards +/- resistance (S2)
Sensation
NEUROLOGICAL
Abnormal response to light touch
Romberg test - stand with eyes closed - tests proprioception
ALWAYS ASK about change in urination/defecation and saddle anaesthesia if back/sciatic pain present.
Coordination
