Rosving: Push on left, let go = pain on right = appendicitis

Psoas: Lay on left side, pull leg posteriorly = appendicitis

Obturator: right angle at hip and knee. abduct lower leg maintaining right angles = appendicitis

Murphy’s sign: Breath out and place hand below costal margin on right mid clavicular = inflamed gall bladder
