A

The orthopedic complications of neurofibromatosis, which usually appear early, include spinal deformities such as scoliosis and kyphoscoliosis, congenital anterolateral bowing and pseudoarthrosis of the tibia, bowing of the forearm, overgrowth phenomenon of an extremity, and soft tissue tumors.
