What is the treatment for anterolateral tibial bowing?

A

If no pseudoarthrosis- total contact orthosis bracing
If pseudoarthrosis- osteotomy, bone grafting and fixation (Charnely Williams rod)
If 3 failed surgeries- Syme amputation
