A

Compresses ipsilateral CN III (blown pupil, “down-andout”
gaze), ipsilateral PCA (contralateral homonymous hemianopia with macular
sparing), contralateral crus cerebri at the Kernohan notch (ipsilateral paresis; a “false
localization” sign)
