Uncal herniation
Pupil blows first; opp sd babinski and pro at or drift, change LOC, posturing
From epidural hematoma, stroke, temporal lobe
Central hernia
From BL swelling from encephalopathy or stroke
Change LOC, coma, pupils start small and blow late
