- Endocrine: Cushing’s, hypothyroidism, osteomalacia, hypocalcaemia, diabetic amyotrophy

  • Inflammatory: dermato / polymyositis
  • Congenital: muscle dystrophies (e.g. Becker’s)

NMJ:
Myasthenia Gravis, LEMSS
