Mri spine + brain (rule out compression, compression)
Emg (identify neuropathy)
Nerve conduction study
Lumbar puncture
Visual evoke potential
Antibodies (oligoclonal band, serum aquaoporin 4- multiple sclerosis)
Fundoscopy + genetic studies ( fredrick ataxia)
