- hypocretin def in CSF
- Rapid eye movement sleep latency less than 15 mins
narcolepsy treatment
modafinil
if also catplexy: +/- SSRI
hydrocephalus - acetazolamie
decreased CSF production
management in stroke after thrombolysis
BP lower than 180 (avoid hypotension)
wait 24 hours to start aspirin or anticoagulation
