What does ‘Make an appt’ mean?
The px should make an appt with an optometrist or get a referral from MD to be seen by ophthalmologist for further evaluation.
What does ‘soon as possible’ mean?
The px should make an appt with an optometrist
What does ‘Semi-Urgent situations’ mean?
The px should make an appt with an optometrist in the next few days
What does ‘Urgent situations’ mean?
The px needs to be seen on the same day by the optometrist
What does ‘immediate attention’ mean?
The patient should be referred to the nearest optometrist if not go to ER to see the ophthalmologist on call.
