What does the nervous system include?
Nerves, Neurons, Brain, and Spinal Cord
What does the Cardiac/Circularotry system include?
Heart, arteries, brain, blood vessels
What does the skeletal system include? And what does it work with?
Bones works with the muscular system to create stability in the body)
What does the reproductive system include, and what does it work with?
Includes the Male and Female Genitalia. Works closely together with the endocrine system)
What does the endocrine system do?
releasing of Hormones. General focus of glands that secrete hormones
What does the digestive system do?
Works to digest food, Includes things like the stomach
What does the respiratory system do?
Works closely with the cardiovascular system to transfer and regulate gasses in the body.
What does the lymphatic system do?
Works with lymph nodes, used to drain excess fluid and to respond to diseases.
What does the immune system do?
Works closely with the lymphatic system to defend against diseases.
What does the excretory system do?
Look at the kidneys, and the removal of waste from the body.
What does the Integumentary System look at?
Looks at skin, hair, and nails.
