what are the reflex grading scale numbers
0, 1+, 2+, 3+ and 4+

what does a DTR score 0 mean/indicate
0 means theres no reflex present, and can indicate a nerve root issue (disc herniation, muscle compression or bone impingement)

what does DTR score 4+ mean/indicate
4+ means extremely brisk with clonus present, which indicates an upper motor neuron issue (CNS) (CVA, TBI, ALS, MS)

what does a positive babinski reflex look like
splaying of toes upon brush under lateral to distal to medial foot

what does positive hoffman reflex look like
1st and 2nd digit approximation upon flick or tap of middle finger nail
