hypoalbuminaemia

infection risk (loss of ABs) clot risk oedema CKD ACS, stroke hypocalcaemia

- salt, fluid restrict, furosemide (oedema)
- ACEi, ARA - proteinuria
- statin for lipids
- tinzaparin - VTW
manage HTN!!!
monitor U/E and fluid
underlying cause
