CT no contrast- can see stone and possible hydronephrosis
2nd line- US of kidneys and bladder

A
Pain control + hydration
- NSAIDS or opioids
- Toradol in ED

Between what size stones can you use medical expulsive therapy and what else is given?

Start with Tamsulosin (Flomax)- up to 4w
others: CCB (nifedipine), Tadalafil (PDE5 inhibitor)
