Industrial production greatly increased. By 1926 Russia was producing 11,083 million roubles worth of industrial products, compared to 1,410 in 1920.
How many NEPMEN/private traders were present in 1925 within Moscow?
Private traders were active in getting the economy moving again. By 1925 there were 25,000 private traders in Moscow alone.
What remianed in the control of the State?
Large factories and major industries such as the banks, coal and steel remained in the control of the government.
What happened to the curency?
Money was reintroduced and re-valued.
