A- Virtual conflict: happens as follows:

C- Value conflict: comes up when different personal values
lead to disagreement.
D- Policy conflict: happens when people can’t agree on a
problem-solving strategy.
E- Ego conflict: happens when conflict gets personal.

What is the difference between Functional &
Dysfunctional Conflict?
Functional conflict: is beneficial to push people toward success, work more
efficiently, and improve task performance.
Dysfunctional conflict: prevents individuals from reaching successful outcomes and
destroys relationships.

It is the process of resolving an argument by providing for each
sides’ needs to be satisfied
