Roof - investing layer of deep cervical fascia
Floor - deep cervical fascia covering the muscle ( prevertebrak fascia )

Contents - submandibular gland (salivary glamd), facial artery/vein and lymph nodes, hypo glossal neve (cn 12) which supply intrinsic and extrinsic muscle motor
