what drug are they on?

heroin
intoxication: euphoria, repiratory and cNS depression, dec gag reflux pupillary constriciton (pinpoint pupils) seizures,
Treatment: naloxone, naltrexone
withdrawal: sweating, dilated pupils, piloerection (cold turkey) fever, rhinorrhea, yawning nausea stomach cramps, diarrhea, (flu like symptoms)
Treatment: long term support methadone, buprenorphine.
