2 types:
a) Lepromatous - Diffuse skin involvement, lion like face, contagious – Th2 humoral response – Rx: Dapsone, rifampin, clofazimine

b) Tuberculoid - few hypoesthetic skin plaques – Th1 intact (+lepromin skin test) – Rx: Dapsone, rifampin
