Copper sheets nailed on the hull to prevent sea worming and slow growth of marine wild life.
Affected speed + handling of ship.

Improved quality of naval guns.
Shot guns 30 times before installing on ships.
Flintlock firing mechanisms.
Congreve Rockets
1806, William Congreve.
10/1806, Boulogne, fired 2k rockets.
Inaccurate, but effective incendiary.
Cannons better, but frightened horses + inexperienced troops.
