  3. Select a specific area,
  4. Open your process by clicking on the plus symbol,

How does read confirmations work

A

A prompt is shown asking for you to confirm you read and reviewed the diagram, the process owner will then receive a notifcation with the names of those who read it.

What needs to happen first in order for read confirmations to be in place?

A

it needs to be enabled by an administrator and is usually granted to the Process Owner
