After you login, what do you see?
The collaboration hub, which is the initial landing page
The hub is split into three parts, describe them
- left side is the menu
- middle is the entry diagram
- upper right is the search and help area
With authorisations, which 2 modes are available?
- public and preview mode
What can you access in the menu?
- process diagrams, journey models, news feed, workflow tasks
what is preview mode?
allows you to navigate through unpublished content if access rights are granted accordingly. it’s possible for those with modeler license to edit content directly from the hub
How to find the E2E process with the process landscape?
- go to collaboration hub
- select the process map to open it
- Select a specific area,
- Open your process by clicking on the plus symbol,
- You will land on the End-2-End Process.

How to mark a process as a favourite?
Click on the star in the upper right hand corner of the e2e process
Where can you view favourites?
the collaboration page homepage, left hand side
Steps to complete tasks from workflows?
- go to collaboration hub
- click tasks on left hand side
- click on the ones that are assigned to you and select approve if you’ve done them
What is something you can do to monitor important KPIs and continuously improve your processes?
by displaying the analysis on the collaboration hub start page
How to search for specific content
On the collaboration hub, at the top there is a search functionality, if you click on it you can also select the type of content eg. dictionary, task.. that you want
How can you edit processes?
via preview mode
How to edit and submit a process for approval?
it requires respective access rights and/or modeler license as well as an implemented approval workflow. Then you can publish again to submit it.
